BuyerBrief
Refund Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
Simple beta refund rule
If BuyerBrief charges you but cannot generate your report, we will attempt to refund the payment automatically. If that does not happen, contact us with the Stripe receipt or checkout details and we will review it manually.
When refunds are available
- The report fails to generate after a confirmed payment.
- The checkout/report handoff breaks and your paid report cannot be recovered.
- You were charged more than once for the same attempted report.
- The report is materially unusable because of a BuyerBrief technical failure.
When refunds may not apply
- You received a generated report but disagree with a risk recommendation or expected different professional advice.
- The public listing page omitted facts, blocked scraping, or contained incorrect information that BuyerBrief could not independently verify.
- You changed your mind after receiving the report.
How to request a refund
Use the Contact page or reply using the contact information shown on your Stripe receipt. Include the listing URL, approximate purchase time, and the email used at checkout if you provided one. Do not send full card numbers or sensitive financial information.
Timing
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe. Bank/card posting times are controlled by Stripe and the payment method issuer, not BuyerBrief.
